Shipping policy

Made to order. Every Why It Fits shirt is printed on demand after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you; we make it fresh, like a dad joke.

Production time. Orders usually take 2–5 business days to print before they ship. Holiday rushes can add a few days.

Delivery time. After it ships, US orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your shirt is on its way.

Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

International. We currently ship within the US only.

Holiday orders. Printing gets busy in November and December. We'll post order-by dates here for holiday delivery. Order early. Santa is already behind on his paperwork.

Address problems. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll help get it back to you; reshipping may cost extra.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't moved in a week, or it says delivered but you don't have it, email [email protected] and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Multiple shirts. If you order several, they may arrive in separate packages. Same shirts, just more mail to get excited about.

Returns & exchanges

Our jokes are non-refundable. Our shirts are covered.

Because every shirt is printed just for you after you order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong size or the wrong color. Please check the size chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

Misprints, damage and defects. If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll reprint it and send a replacement free. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. The photo is required so we can file the reprint. You don't need to send the shirt back.

Wrong item. If we sent a different design or size from what you ordered, that's on us. Send a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Not covered. Normal wear, damage from washing against the care instructions, and size or color choices made at checkout. Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen.

Cancellations. Orders can be canceled only before they go into production. Contact us as soon as possible.

Measured flat: width across the chest armpit to armpit, length from the top of the shoulder to the hem. Measurements are approximate (±1 in).
